I mailed Idi Amin's coffin to Papua New Guinea using 1/2 centime stamps from the 1830's. The mail clerk was straight out of Dickens, and he stole the two shillings that I'd taped to Idi's eyes.

I have a lot of old postage that I have been using up, so some of it does have 15 or 20 stamps on it. Don't like it? Stop changing the rates!

No, but I once mailed a huge box filled with old losing lottery scratch tickets and a cinder block and a turd to a company, using a postage paid self addressed envelope from them, taped to the top of the box..

I did that with a small envelope/letter once - there was 29 one cent stamps on a small envelope (it was sometime ago)
It covered most of the front, except for the addresses.

No, I would not do that to someone, especially a postal worker. I can just see the headline now--"Small-Town postal worker goes Postal". No thanks.
