Is it hot to the touch, sensitive, and painful? Of so it could very well be an abscess. In this case you need to go see a Dr to have it lanced and drained. Do not keep trying to pop it. That can cause a horrible infection. Same goes if it is simply a boil. Boils often go away on their own though.

This bump was most like a cyst, and these are common in any area. I have gotten cysts on my vagina and in my earlobes. You shouldn't have popped it, but since you did, put antibacterial ointment on it, like Neosporin, and wear a pantiliner to absorb the blood and fluids. If it doesn't heal after a few days or gets bigger, you should see a doctor.

Get to the doctor.....could be anything but doesn't sound good! Don't be involved sexually with anyone until you have it checked out.

My bet would be that it is a boil, but get it checked anyway.
