I live in Boston and we have a huge event called First Night. A lot of indoors and outdoors activities before the fireworks at midnight.

Celebrating with my husband and three other couples. This group of men won gold medals 50 years ago (1956) in rowing. And all four are alive and well. We will celebrate the New Year and their medal from long ago. Hors d'oeuvres, dinner and of course copious amounts of champagne!
