how do you know if a guy likes you if you are both 13 ??

It's hard to tell at any age whether someone genuinely "likes" you or not. Some say it's this feeling of happiness that can't come from anyone or anything else.
If you "like" each other, you'll both know. I know that sounds cliche, but it's true. Down the road, when you're older and somewhat more mature, you can ask each other.

well guys at that age are still very immature, so just hang out and be friends for now and you should get the vibe from him

sometimes he could just be talking to you a lot and bugging the crap outta ya or he stop talking to you (or talk to you less). it depends if hes shy or not
