No. it is safe to say it is a scam... if u want to lose the $1,800, why don't you invest somewhere? or donate it to a charity? never respond to e-lotteries that require payment, in fact, never give your info to any lottery electronically. and if you are in the US, remember US don't allow and do not recommend this kind at all (foreign lotteries). moreover, in the us there are pretty good lotteries.

another tip, if u never paid them anything, how they make profit of this lottery?

too good to be true is probably a scam.

Absolutely a hoax. The common scam here is that they promise to pay you a total sum that sounds very attractive. When you contact them, they get all your information then say they require a small 'retainer' for processing and paperwork of anywhere from $50 - $600. When you pay them this, you never see your money and they no longer take your calls.

If you're still insistant on researching this, contact the company and insist on a cashier's check or Wester Union. Under NO circumstances, however, should you give THEM any money. Tell them they can take their 'retainer' out of your winnings.

You'll see after these very reasonable options, they'll backtrack or make excuses why this is just not possible to them. Hence - the scam is exposed.

Good luck,
Mikel

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a safe browser. you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser. as you know, most of virus spread throught internet and webpage.

besides, firefox is much smaller than IE, so it run faster than IE.

download firefox for free, Just have a try:

Don't do it. It's definitely a scam. Anytime you win a lotto or something like that there's no such thing that require you to pay for anything.
