Ok i got a mp3 player and when i put the cd n it says:
Software installation
Driver
A driver is required for Windows 98 SE and Windows ME to detect your MP3 Player.
How do i install this driver

No clue, but are you sure there isn't a popup that let's you download it? You could try
google-ing it...

Your mp3 player should have come with a CD. You should be able to put it in, and a window should come up asking you to install software. If not, go to the CD drive letter in My Computer, open it up, and look for a file called setup.exe to start the setup.

If you can't get the driver that way, try the manufacturer's website. They usually have a download section you can use. If you know your model number, search for that and a driver for it should come up.
