Any lawyer will do, it is a simple process and doesn't cost a whole lot of money. as a matter of fact, you can do it yourself without a lawyer...but it is much easier with a lawyer. You can find out online by doing a google search.

Make a call to your Clerk of District Court and ask how you can change your son's name. I don't think you need a lawyer for this.

Your divorce lawyer should be able to handle it. If not, I would recommend a lawyer involved in family law.

Find a one-handed lawyer. That way the lawyer has to be straightforward and can't say... "On one hand you can do this or...on the other hand you can do that!"
