when i scroll through the names of my artists they show up 2 times..why is that???

they may be spelled differently, its not that big of a problem it duznt take up anymore storage it is just because there may be a different capital letter in one than in the other (this is common if u download music from a source e.g. limewire)

Some songs may have a different artist listed than another.
If you want to edit the artist info on your song:
Right click on the song in Itunes, click on Get Info.
After that you can change the artist info, song title, composer....etc..

usually has to do with the way they are named, which you would be able to alter. i come across it lots much less complicated to make adjustments and set up my songs and playlists from my desktops' itunes then sync it up.
