I do a huge holiday light display every year, but I have enough property so it doesn't look tacky. If it's done right it looks cheerful!

Cheerful if done properly. I saw a super tacky one the other day, they had lights all over the place and the entire front yard was covered in plastic light-up snowmen and candy canes. It sort of looked like a Christmas cemetary or something. It was weird.

I love seeing them and don't think they are tacky at all. I know I will never have one so I like to see them. Luckily there is one near me every year.
