How often do guys have that are 18 have organisms and wet dreams i know not every week but how often?

First of all, they have orgasms, not organisms.
Secondly, every guy is different. It depends on his hormones; his sleep patterns; his health; his ability to cope & handle stress. One guy may have 1 a week while another guy only has 1 per month. There is no fixed norm for guys, as each guy is unique.

When I was 18, I had them a few times a week. Now I don't have them anymore. Getting married gives you the release needed to not need to do it in your sleep anymore ;)

if you masturbate and ejaculate every day while you are awake, then wet dreams won't likely happen very often, or in some cases never at all..

Depends how sexualy active you are. Just like woman monthly, we have to ejaculate every so often. If we do not do it either thre masturbation or sexual intercourse then our body will naturaly do it on it's own while sleeping.
