Violin shops usually buy violins. You can even use the credit you earned towards one of their own.
I don't advise using eBay, since you probably won't get the worth of you violin back. However, since you're selling it with a pretty big discount, it would be ok.
eBay is usually in the seller's favor, the buyers don't really know what they're getting.
But I would first go to a violin shop, like if you have Potter's or Gailes. Music & Arts and Dale's might buy them as well, I haven't ever looked into them yet. If you have those stores around your area. I think you know what I mean.
You could also go to local violin teachers and school orchestras because they are very good sources for potential buyers! They always want their students to upgrade to a better instrument, or perhaps they'll buy it themselves for a collection or to rent.
Good luck!
