i`m thinking of getting a hamster, but will a hamster and a drawf rabbit get along in the same cage?

No, very bad idea to mix different species in the same cage. A hamster's needs are very different then a rabbit's needs. The rabbit could seriously harm the hamster, intentionally, or unintentionally.

Actually, hamsters eat rabbits so if you get tired of your rabbit or hamster put them together (depends on how mean the hamster is to know which will die)

No, no, and no again! Often times even keeping two rabbits together turns out bad.
