it can happen if you take B-Vitamins or "stress vitamins" and maybe even some multiple vitamins without starchy foods like bread (or muffins,cookies, etc), noodles, rice, or cereal
it can really happen if you take lactaid without milk or dairy
it can happen from uncooked vegetables and unwashed fruits, or contaminated or rotten sandwich materials, or inadequately cooked meats (e-coli, botulism bacteria, selmonella, etc.)
I totally stopped getting that since I started eating hot cooked lunches instead of subs or bagged lunches.
