Freddie Mercury, easily. He's got an incredible range, and all of Queen's songs are amazing, thanks largely in part to him.

Mercury his songs are more iconic.
Not to say that Bowie isn't great himself, but Freddie was better and taken too soon.

I have always been a huge fan of Freddie Mercury....his voice was amazing. Bowie is good, but not as good as Freddie.
