It's been about nine years. (jeeez...that long?)
The only time that I get THAT peaceful easy feeling,
is at the beach. There's something about the ocean,
that makes my heart soar, and my brain rejuvenate itself. It's funny, at home, I wait until the last possible minute
to get out of bed and get ready for my day. But at the beach, I'm up with the sun, with no alarm, and out
on the balcony watching the sun rise, or walking the beach. I absolutely LOVE the way I feel while I'm there

Four and half months ago -- a few seconds after we welcomed our third child into the world. It seemed as everything and everyone in the world had stopped and I had a quiet moment alone with the newest love of my life. Sometimes I sit back and hold him and relive that moment over and over again.

this afternoon driving home from work they played my favorite song on the radioand i just broke down all that stress and the pain ive been feling this week just kinda dissapated into thin air
