You can't really make it grow, although it technically never stops, like all appendages, but the life growth is miniscule after pubert is over.
There are pumps and so forth to temporarily pump it up. but they are dangerous and un-needed. Generally, most men and boys who are finished with puberty, will have a penis which averages about 6 " With manu under that. The sexually stimulated vagina is only about 3.5 to 4", so that is more than enough.

How old are you? Well, no matter how old you are, the simple fact is you cannot make your penis grow any more than you can make your entire body grow. That means you must focus on other things. You definitely can make your self-confidence grow, if you are feeling, well, small about your penis size.
The best advice I can give you is this: it is the size of your heart and the size of your goodwill that matter. If you are a good guy whom other people enjoy knowing and being with socially, then you will enjoy a fulfilling sex life no matter how big or small your penis is. Let me assure you, there are many real jerks out there who have a big penis, and none of them is fun to have sex with.
Another perspective on this question is this: if you had a big penis, would you like to be known first of all as a guy with a big penis, or would you like to be known mostly as a guy with a big heart who is socially and emotionally mature? Trust me, the guy with the big heart and the social and emotional maturity will ALWAYS score better than some guy with a big penis but an empty heart and head.
Just get your priorities in line, and then everything else will fall into place. Trust me on this one.

You can't. There are no pills or exercises that will make it grow permanently.... Everything you see on the internet that promises that is a bunch of bull.
