Well, I hate A&F, to the dismay of everybody, it seems that answered so far. It's just for the typical skinny white girl with no curves whatsoever. I think the design team goes like, "Oh let's make that skinner, Oh, that needs a bow, Oh let's just add stripes" all day.
If you are looking for original clothes, go to Forever21, H&M, and Urban Outfitters, and BGBC. Also, Nordstrom is just awesome not only with their selection, but with their customer service, something A&F seems to lack (a lot). However, I always love going into high fashion boutiques like LV, and Chanel and there, you just get ideas.

Well, it really depends on your style.
My friend went to Ireland and really liked TOPSHOP like that other girl said. And Charlotte Russe, Alloy, Delia*s, and American Eagle have good clothes too. But if you're into the whole skater/punk thing you might try HotTopic. They have good band tees. And Journey's for shoes. OoH!! Buckle is good too, sometimes a little pricey though...Good luck!

I think American Eagle is the best, but I like Hollister too. Anthropoligie is expensive, but they are great for dresses!

Depends what you are looking for, your age group, your style, your price range and probably a few other things that I can't think of right now. Get your butt out to the mall and wander around for awhile. You'll figure it out.
