Well, there is this Russian girl group (they're 22 and 21), called t.a.t.u.
They sing more electronic rock. They sing in Russian and English. Maybe you've heard of them. They were popular here 3 or 4 years ago. The two sisters from the Veronicas wrote their first single from their 2005 album, Dangerous and Moving. Their Russian version, Ludi Invalidy.

Well I don't know about the all girls band. But there is a band called Lacuna Coil and a girl is the singer. It's a pretty awesome band.
