Ive lost 20 pounds by stoping sodas, juices ,fast foods, rice pastas and bread thats the fastest way and also stop eating after 7pm and drink lots of water you will lose it in a month

Dear, I am no health expert, but to SAFELY and effectively lose weight....you need to eat balanced meals...low in fat.....and exercise...drink plenty of water.....with only 15 pounds to lose, you could do this pretty quick...and stay safe with it, too.....good luck..!!
