I guess here are some reasons:
1. IGNORANCE. It's quite natural already for an Internet Surfer. Different people are surfing the net, and a distinct characteristic of a few of them is lack of knowledge. They must have been poorly taught of correct English grammar.
2. CONFUSION when READING COMPREHENSION and LANGUAGE ARTS intertwine. A typical example is this question (I made it wrong): "Please tell me why it is that so many questions are NOT un-UNDERSTANDABLE." If ever this question would occur, it would mean that questions are UNDERSTANDABLE.
3. "SEEMING" OVERCONFIDENCE. People tend to believe that they are really "geniuses" in grammar, so they tend to make themselves wrong.
4. HAVING THAT "OVERCAREFUL" QUALITY. I really can't describe this thing, so I made up "overcareful", although that can't be true, so I'll just give this example: Your spelling of mis-spelled is misspelled. It should be, well, misspelled.
5. SUDDEN FAMILIARITY AND TENDENCY OF GETTING ACCUSTOMED WITH INTERNET JARGONS. Maybe it's just an internet abbreviation, acronyms, etc.
I hope this helps.

Look at how many different languages gave words to English. Understand the origins of a word makes it easier to spell it.

Simply put, people don't bother to spell check, or bother to word something in a way that others will understand.
Whether or not its done on purpose is another story. But when in doubt, if you can't figure it out, don't bother with it.

people, even adults, do not know, nor have ever learned grammar or spelling. I make a typing error once in a while, but I always try to answer to the best of my ability. Most of the people who have issues are teens or uneducated adults who don't care, and do not know enough to care.

Remember that English isn't the 1st language of every body, we most understand that and do our best to answer their questions, if for some reason you can't understand the question just skip it out.

Because there is, unfortunately, no intellectual requirement for using the internet. Additionally, it is simply demostrative of the declining educational standards of modern society.

A wise man once told me when I was young that 80 percent of the people I would meet during the course of my lifetime would be idiots! So far he's been right on the money! (Thanks Dad!)
