Don't have much time to answer this question, but here are a few:
What are your strenghts
What are your weaknesses?
How would your friends describe you?
How long would you stay with the company?
What do you foresee as being difficult in the job?
What has been the most difficult ethical decision you've made?
Any leadership qualities?
Why should we hire you (Be prepared for this one!!!)?
Suggestions--whatever you do, make yourself sound like the most upright, well-intentioned person. Your boss needs to feel comfortable with you and the decisions you'll make. In interviews, you can take around a few seconds to think of your answer, but no more than that. Also, never ramble on--you'll dig yourself into a deeper hole (trust me on this one). Show a big interest in your boss, respect him. Don't joke around nervously too much.

I have interviewed many people, and the person that was selected for the job showed an interest in the job.
Answer their questions and then add something to show that you know what they are talking about. Example: We have a new 234 machine that can process 50 piece a minute, are you familiar with this machine? . You could say yes, my last job we had the same machine, and it fasinating to see the quality of parts produce. I also work with a xxx machine that not as fast, but it was able to process products with less rejects.
Some basic questions that are not in any special order--Why are you looking for a new job? What is wrong with your current job? How do you get along with high strang people? Share with me three of your strenght for this job? What are three of your weakness? What factors would make you decide to quit a job? Have you ever worked with a person that was doing things against company policies? How would handle the situation? What are some of your goal in life? How many days have you missed from work in the last year? Is there any reason that you could not work overtime with a short notice? What is the longest time that you have worked for someone? On a scale from 1-5 what would you say you are in job skills for this positive? If I asked your current co-worked to give me a word to describe you, what would that word be? Your current supervisor? What do you like to do in your spare time? Have you won any awards from your past/current employers? What type of salary are you willing to start with? If we offer you this job, how soon can you start?
The site listed below is advertising a book, put you can pick up on some of the basic questions for an interview.
Stay focus do not try to jump ahead of the interviewer. I was interviewing a lady one time, and she grab the ledger from me. She said that she was so nerves that her mind went blank. Needless to say she was not consider for the job.

What qualities do you possess that make you uniquely qualified for this job?
What would you do in the following scenario and then they'll give you a incident to see how you'd approach solving it.
What do you think are the qualities you need to improve on?
Many job interviews now involve panels of people interviewing you rather than just one or two. This can be disconcerting but it's also a way they weed out people who can't perform under pressure. Stay calm, don't get flustered. Think out your answers and state them plainly and clearly as you can.
What range of salary do you think is appropriate for the position you are applying for?
What do you know about our company ? (tells them if you've done your research beforehand)
When you go for an interview dress conservatively, no piercings showing other than pierced ears. Wear a conservative suit or blazer and grey pants, button down shirt, tie, nothing too loud . If you're a woman,no minis or revealing blouses,no fishnet stockings or impossibly high heels. Definitely no blue jeans, halter tops , low rise pants with underwear showing. Be clean, don't use bad language or ebonics where they can't understand you.
Not too much makeup or cologne.
Arrive about 5 minutes early to organize yourself. Have multiple copies of your resume or portfolio as well as your referrences on a separate sheet. No relatives as references.
Smile , make eye contact, shake hands with everyone there. Say please and thank you, nice to meet you.
After the interview write a thank you note within 24/48 hours thanking them for the chance to interview and asking them if you don't get the job to keep your name on file.
Rehearse possible interview questions and your answers ahead of time with a friend or a family member to ease your nerves.
Good luck

First off, what kind of work is this? If you're talking about something such as sweeping floors or waiting tables, you'll be asked about your experience doing the job, your education status, your education intents, your criminal history, and some companies... such as Apple or Google have incredibly bizarre questions - There was a time when Apple's Steve Jobs would ask you how many times you've done acid and your age of losing virginity. Amazon.com's Jeff Bezos would ask his lowest paid customer service employees how they would design a car for a deaf man.
The key is to be honest. Show passion for your work, no matter how basic it may seem, and don't claim to be in it for the money. When you work, the employer wants to know that you're customer and success driven.

Mark:
When I first began interviewing, I bought a book of interview questions. It went over any question that was typically asked during the process. I have been told that I am the best interviewee a number of times! Also, it gave me quite a bit of confidence, as I knew how to answer a question, before the interviewer was even finished asking. Good luck.
