You won't find any decent ones for free. The best one is "OtsJuke" and it's very reasonably priced.

There are no good free DJ programs unless you download them free pirated with a key generator. PCDJ Red is probably the most commonly used one. NOT free. I've used PCDJ Red,OTS and EZ-DJ Plus. OTS is similar to PCDJ i find PCDJ has more of a real world feel to it i mean it looks just like a sound board. EZ-DJ is a cute toy really cheap and has some cute features like premade effects like warping, beat juggling, drops, etc. EZ-DJ is less work and more fun but when your rep is on the line stick with PCDJ Red.

Go with Sound Forge ACID if you're ready to leave the rest behind.

I use Sound Forge (about 400 to 500$) mostly which is THE professional music editing program. I use it for making my own mixes and continuous mixes when turntables are not available. You can fully edit songs even create whole new ones with it.
