I assume you mean in politics so I'll say this simply.
None of them, US, British, Canadian, or otherwise. They all seem to be simply interested in attaining power but never use it to make their citizens life better. They use it to advance themselves and their buddies.
I would say that maybe the dictators of this world rank higher than the elected kind on my list simply because they're honest about wanting the power for themselves and don't cater to the people with lies and deception.
