Try to work out why it's being insistant.
Mine usually has a reason for being a pain - wants feeding, to go out, kitty litter changed & sometimes just wants some affection.
Remember dogs have owners - cats have staff...

Cats can definitely do that. We don't have one right now. My daughter has one that likes to wake me up in the middle of the night when i stay there by licking my forehead. Pretty gross. sometimes the sound wakes me up before the movement.

dude, i totally understand. that is what cats will drive their owners to do, vent in big ways. i know, i am a cat lover and owner. why do i keep going back? why not a dog or fish? because a cat is a cat. they are cool, wiley, they can outfox the fox. the cat...rules.

Thats funny, my Aunt's cat Onzlo sliced open my finger this evening. Fun! Just chillax, he'll beat himself out. My cat always does! :P

They get that way sometimes. About the only time my cat got like that was when she was hungry or in heat.
