i lost 30 pounds in a couple of months by eating more fruit and eating smaller meals. and everytime i was craving something i would drink a lot of water to stop the craving and excercise couple times a day.. like walking, running, etc.

Honestly, it doesn't work like that. Believe me, I have tried EVERY way. The only way to lose it that fast would be an eating disorder, then you would face other problems like hair loss (from anorexia) and dental problems (from bulimia) Take another look in the mirror and decide what your problem spots are. Get a trainer at the gym (or search online for excercise routines) that target your bad areas. WeightWatchers really worked for me. I had 20 points a day, a point =ed 50-100 calories, no more than 9 g of fat, and if food had 3+ g of fiber, a point was subtracted. Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Taking into consideration the amounts of prepackaged, processed foods we eat (including the crud we buy at a grocery store - on top of the stuff we know isn't healthy).... start eating healthy foods, drink water or tea only... NO diet sodas or regular ones. Cut out the sugar, cut out the breads, except whole grains, eat only lean meats, and exercise... with effort, with purpose. Sweat.

If you really do this you'll drop pounds and be healthy at the same time. It may not be as fast you are making it seem you want it but it will work.

There's no fast cure for the slow death of poor nutrition.

Honey, if u find your answer I'd love to know! But seriously, only celebs can lose weight quickly (they get paid to work out 8 hrs/day with a personal trainer and go on the really expensive diets) All I know from experience is eat lowfat lowcarb highprotien food and go to the gym. Cardio is a must but you can't forget weight training, the muscle you gain from weight training helps you burn more fat during cardio. I'm sure you could find a gym that will give you a trial membership free and then all that's left is the diet part. Good luck !

cost isn't going to be a problem. We hav e no idea what you weight so this is tough. I would stick to at least 1,000 calories a day if you are moderatley overweight or a bit more if your obese. You have to step up your excersize, stick with low fat, carbs are fine in moderation for energy for those workouts, start by walking with weiths in your hands. They can be 28 oz tomatoe cans! Make sure you are balancing your proteen and lots of good fruit. Bananas are high in carbs, all the citrus, grapes, mellons you's want, same with veggies, watch the corn and potatoes, startchy.
DO NOT DO ANYTHING THAT IS ADVISED HERE WITHOUT SEEING A DOCTOR! YOUR HEALTH IS MORE IMPORTANT THEN BEING A PERSON WITH AN EATING DISORDER OR WORSE. Please if you spend money on anything, make it the doctor.

Weight gain or loss is a simple relationship between consumption (what and how much you eat) and exercise (what kind, how much, and how often). Decrease consumption and increase exercise, and you will lose weight.

However, it is really much more complicated than that. Some foods must be eaten every day, or you can severe deficiencies. Some kinds of exercise are appropriate for certain people, but inappropriate for others.

30 pounds is a lot of weight to lose, and there is no healthy way to lose it quickly. It is essential that you see a doctor or other health and nutrition specialist prior to going on to any diet/exercise program.

realistically, it isn't possible to lose all that weight rapidly unless you crash-diet and/or take diet pills, but once you get off the diet/pill, the weight will come right back on. expect to lose 1-3 pounds a week (around 4-12 pounds a month) with a healthy, balanced, portion-controlled diet and 20-30 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a week. there will be the occasional plateau (a week or more of no weight changes), but that's nothing to get discouraged about. good luck! =)

You could always stop eating and exercise like a mad woman....but that's just wrong. ;) You'd probably end up with some serious medical issues, so I wouldn't try that. It's not possible to lose that much weight fast while being healthy. Eat less calories...watch your portions...drink LOTS of water (it'll make you feel full)...and go to the gym EVERY day (or do some sort of physical activity--especially RUNNING or biking).

Hope that helps!

cut as much sugar and salt out of your current diet as you can. you can lose 10 pounds in the first week (its all retained water).

dont eat beef or pork, just chicken, turkey and fish (if you eat meat. i dont.) if you are not a vegetarian, dont become one now. you will probably gain weight (i did).

if you feel hungry, drink a big glass of water. in 10 minutes if you still feel hungry, its probably true hunger and not just a desire to eat food.

find a place with lots of stairs and walk/run up and down them for 30 minutes/an hour.

remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so you can look skinnier but weigh the same or more. instead of looking at the scale, you should measure yourself weekly. it would be more accurate.

eat foods with lots of fiber in them, or get a fiber additive.

eat more fruits and vegetables.

dont eat after 7pm.

and (the most obvious one) cut out all junk, fried and fast food. try to prepare your own meals instead of getting pre-packaged meals.

Eat healthy work out get a trainer at the gym and eat healthy.eat weight watchers and south beach diet. Don't do what Metalhead said. that is not the right thing to do. Never ever give up eating. You might get anorexia. Anorexia leads to hair loss. That won't be a great thing. Just live healthy!
