Try a body pillow it works wonders for me! The one I got is a snoogle. I've been sleeping better now that I am pregnant than before!

Wow-- and the worst is yet to come, I'm afraid, as far as discomfort goes.
I would suggest that the following might be helpful:
Put a pillow under your knees, or between your knees when lying on your side.
Put a drop of pure lavender essential oil on your pillow slip. Diffuse a pure essential oil blend like Peace&Calming. The essential oils will oxygenate your blood and help you to breathe.
Get your nutrition in order... eat plenty of fresh, raw, ripe, organic fruit and veggies and let go of highly processed, sugary, trans-fats. Cut way back on animal proteins (including dairy).
Drink filtered water instead of coffee, alcohol, soda, and sugary juices.
Stay away from using ALL drugs (including nicotine) and from people who are doing them (including smoking tobacco).
Don't eat anything after 8 pm so your body has a chance to digest a little before you go to bed even. Digestion happens majorly overnight, so if you eat a lighter supper and don't eat afterwards, it frees your body up and you actually will sleep better.
Drink a little chamomile tea in the p.m. with honey in it.
Limit your exposure to violence.... and I include TV, the Internet, and video games here. The News is particularly disruptive. Try a "fast" from the media a day a week and see if this helps your ability to be more serene and sleep better.
I have a pile of more ideas, but this is a good start!
All the best!

wish i could tell you how to fix the problem....let me just say good luck b/c it only gets worse! I am almost 33 weeks and am MISERABLE. I dont sleep at all and am SOOOOO tired during the day. I have a two year old as well so that gives me no time for napping during the day. I know you can take ambien when you are pregnant so ask your doctor about that. It didnt work for me but everyone is different. Tylenol pm is also safe during pregnancy! Good Luck to You!

If you have asthma, then that night explain the breathing thing.
Just try propping up different parts of your body.
Consult your doctor if you don't have asthma and can't breathe.
That could also just be from stress, though.

Well first of all you should be sleeping on your left side.It will keep your blood pressure down and keep proper blood flow to the baby while lying down. Also you can take a benadryl to help you sleep. Its is perfectly safe to do so.It will make you relax and sleepy. Good luck.

Prop your self up with pillows, and sprinkle a bit of lavendar on them (if you can tolerate the smell).
Also, mention it at your next antenatal appointment to see if you can get some tips there :)
Congratulations on your pregnancy :)
