Both are easily obtained locally, even in a relatively small town.
Hydrochloric acid is used to adjust swimming pool pH and can be purchased from any pool chemical supplier. It is also sold in building supply retailers (as muriatic acid). It is used to clean concrete and old bricks.
Sulfuric acid is sold in automobile supply places as battery acid. It is used in the lead-acid storage batteries used in most cars and trucks.
Concentrated mineral acids are very powerful chemicals and should only be used with care. Be aware that many household plumbing systems were not put together with these acids in mind. When diluting these, always add the acid to the water, never add water to the acid (this might cause splattering). When making dilute acid solutions from the concentrated ones, the solution will often turn very hot (almost to boiling).

Go and check out your local hardware store (not kidding here)
Look for Muriatic Acid, which is HCl, and a chemical called "Liquid Fire" aka Sulfuric Acid. Both of these are found in the section for pipe maintenence. I think that the Liquid Fire is around $12 a bottle and the Muriatic acid is $10.
Just be careful with it- don't breathe the vapors from HCl, and don't get any sulfuric on you or your clothes

Both can be purchased from a chemical supply house such as "Aldrich." They are available in various concentrations and purity. You can't readily make either one. Both require special materials of construction, and are hazardous operations.
Hydrochloric acid is available in most swimming pool supply stores or the local hardware store. It is sold under it's historical name "muriatic acid."
Be careful. Hydrochloric an Sufuric acid are not forgiving. They will blind you if you get it in your eyes, and if you ingest it, both will severely burn your mouth and esophagous.

Are you making an acid drop of "ormes" ? Because, I have dropped multiple times in high amounts with the organic and safe for handling products, such as " Crown" Muriatic Acid ( Lowes ) / "Clean Shot" Drain Opener Virgin Sulfuric Acid ( Lowes ) .

People answering questions on "where to buy" ought to ask themselves if they had bought the product there in the last ten years. RE: sulfuric acid : WTF is a "Hardware store"? Home Depot? Lowes? LOL FYI Automotive suppy stores stopped selling battery acid when car batteries became sealed.

Look under "Chemicals" or "Laboratory Supplies" in the Yellow Pages. Heh, far cheaper to buy than to make...
