Be a good neighbor, or do you just say this is my place and I am going to be as loud as I want too.
I am not judging here I just want a poll on how people feel.

I like to take other people's feelings into consideration. My next door neighbor happens to be a very good friend. I've lived here for 15 yrears and we always ask eachothers thoughts before we do anything that might distract the other.

Be as loud as you feel its your home to live in as you wish. Oh but wait there's more, once the noise crosses the property line and the lyrics and music from you band annoy the panze neighbors then you might have a problem. TRUST ME!

You should always be a good neighbor and respect your neighbors... you all have to live together, might as well get along and maybe even become friends... makes your little community a lot easier to live with.

seeing I do not have the luxury to have parents on both sides of me and have their homes so far away, I do have neighbors on three sides and some of them do not care at all, well let me say several houses down do not care, they have had the cops called on them by other neighbors at around 12:30 -1:30am.because of super loud pool parties with screaming and music so loud our windows shake..
but ME I respect people and try to control things at proper times and when it goes past the proper times, I lower or shut off the music and stop the party, hey they have to work too. and if I want them to act nice I have to play nice too..

I try to be a good neighbor most of the time. Then my rebellion side kicks in every once in a while and I just gotta let loose!!!
