Do you keep your emotions bottled up? Or do you open up and talk to others?

I tend to stay bottled up until I feel like I'm going to break...

I usually bottle them up..it's best for me that way..but sometimes i just can't take it anymore...i burst out and show all my emotion and pain that i was trying to hide so hard...I don't usually open up to people...there are only a few people that i actually do talk to about my feelings...(you being one of them Salma)...and i usually get a lot of help...but i try to keep hidden everything..i feel like it's best for me..i don't have to trust people...I have had enough heartache and betrayal to actually WANT to open up to people..but when i finally let my emotions out..it's only to a few people...

I used to keep it bottled up until one day I got so frustrated with my husband, I broke the back window out of his car. From then on, I write down my feelings and talk to the person I am having issues with.

I sometimes stay bottled up and then when I open up I'm like a bottle of fizzy soda that was shook up. I explode!!!

im pretty much the same as you but then theres guys i no who are always asking me about personal things like whos your bf and all that so i keep it bottled up until someone gets it out of me!!!
