Is BASSET certification required for bartenders in IL?

I'm about to start working at a bar in champaign county in illinois... I want to know if I need to be certified or anything.... i'm 20.. so I don't know if that would require another certification because I'm under 21.... please provide links to gov't sites proving your answer. Thanks!

Here are some links to sites/information. I did not see that training is mandatory for all bartenders state-wide, but that it can be for individual counties/municipalities. Email [e-mail]
