The MTT Turbine Super-bike. Clocked at 227 MPH, 365 KPH

The rice burners everyone else mentions do 320 KPH, 199 MPH, and only if you tamper with the limiter. The MTT Turbine is nearly 30 MPH faster than the rice burner and would run circles around it at speed.

This is a production bike, but you don't see very many of them. They cost $150,000 USD.

I would also think the Boss Hoss BHC-3 502 would be pretty fast. It is powered by the Chevy ZZ502 Big Block, 502 cubic inches, 502 horsepower, and 567 foot lbs torque. These are about $55,000 USD and have dealerships all over the U.S.

The Suzuki GSXR1300R Hayabusa and Kawasaki ZX14 can do 320+kmh if you trick the 300 limiter.
Any production racer will beat them around a track. eg. YZF-R1, GSXR1000, ZX10, CBR1000RR
