wich sims is best for pc?

The version that was released for PSP was my favorite. It was an adventure style game, after you beat it you could do whatever you wanted, the only downside is you can't build.

I vote the classic Sims for the PC. It has a lot of awesome expansion packs that don't even change the gameplay so it doesn't ruin anything and the graphics aren't so advanced it confuses you but they aren't so bad your characters glitch through walls and stuff. I certainly recommend the PC one to any of the console ones because those make your sims have goals to complete and you don't get the fun of building your own house half the time.
Have fun with your Sims, be good to them and they'll be good to you (and maybe not start fires with the microwave if you're lucky)

Sim's is already quite a specific game. Try Sim's1 cause it's better.
