Starve yourself to lose weight, or would you do it the healthly way?

As a fitness consultant I would do it the healthy way

If you starve yourself, you'll probably end up binging later on. You could suffer from an eating disorder that way; and you'd be weak and in really bad shape. It's better to do it the healthy way. It may take longer, but the results will be 110% better.

When I was younger I lost weight by starving myself. I was 125 lbs. I'm 5'10". I was so sick. If I were to lose weight now, I'd do it the right way. But I have no intention on losing any yet.

well, I think about starving myself, then I get really hungry. Then I cry and go get a darn whopper w/ chs. lol
You keep off the weight longer if you do it the healthy way, and you feel good. If you starve yourself your body starts to feed off of itself making you tired and irritable, and less likely to stick with the plan.

if i had to do it in a short time i would starve to lose weight, but if i wanted(wanted not needed) to lose weight i would do it the healthy way =]

healthy way cuz u will be skinny for a long time. if u starve, and then eat something, u gain weight super fast

How about hard work. I'm 5'6" and 150lb and at 49years old I put most men my age to shame.I don't diet or exercise I work hard and eat what I want.
