I guess if u learn all your Hebrew stuff and speech really well, then you will feel prepared and more confidend which might help.

Why should you be stressed out?
You should be proud.
Hopefully you have shaped yourself to be the best Jew that you can be and you will continue to grow in your relationships with your parents, friends, and G-d. Your bat-mitzvah marks a time in your life when you reach a new level and move up in the ranks, you will be more responsible for what you do but also be more allowed to make decisions for yourself to grow in the way that is best for you.
I hope you enjoy the celebration, are successful in fulfilling all the customs etc. and you come out of it all with the right frame of mind.
