I am a bit confused about those two. And which one is better for what specific goals?

Post graduate work is often synonymous with Master's level work. However, in rare cases, there can be a difference. There are some certifications and degrees that are post-baccalaureate, but pre-Master's.

As far as which one is better, I would go for the Master's degree. Most people do not know the technicalities well enough to know that a post-baccalaureate degree is higher than a Bachelor's degree. You'd be better off with the Master's. However, it really depends on the field that you are looking to go into as different fields have different requirements (e.g., education, counseling, law, science, etc.).
