they are the same truck other then slight appearance differences in trim yes it will bolt up exactly the same. the Mazda is actually nothing but a ranger. since both 99 everything should fit exactly right.

Yes, it will fit, the ranger and mazda are the same truck, just a different name and emblem on it, and a few appearance changes.

i own a repair shop,and yes they basically are the same truck,and the bumpers will inter change on those two,,that's the good part of it though,,because you cant always find a good ranger bumper,,but you can find one for a Mazda ,but your good to go on that one ,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.happy new years also.
