that we are all essentially Africans?
There was a programme on Channel 4 that tested people's DNA and showed that a lot of British caucasion people had Middle Eastern DNA. It was really funny because these people despised "foreigners"!

Armed with this knowledge, shouldn't we all embrace the knowledge that there are no RACES just one RACE?

The distinction is useful for some purposes. It seems obvious that two black people from Nigeria are more closely related to each other than either is to a Caucasian from Sweden, or an oriental from China. Differential evolution implies separation of populations for a long enough time for genetic drift to show up -- some tens of thousands of years might suffice in this example.

I wish we could. I just don't think we're evolved enough yet as human beings. There are lots of us who don't judge people on account of their race because we know that this is an inaccurate way of judging whether a person is good, bad, worth your time or not.

Unfortunately, there are many other people who feel that people who don't look like them are some kind of threat. Very sad.

We all live on the planet Earth and I have always believed that we should act as one race, people who put there race above all others are probably insecure. The worlds to small to hate each other live, love, last.

It wont happen. Races very quickly seperate themselves from the main hub once they've gone and settled elsewhere. If people went to the moon and started colonising it it wouldnt be long before a them and us mentality took over, we're moonies or whatever you're earthlings blah blah blah get off our land, you dont belong here, you're not one of us, etc etc.

The problem is media, school, government, instead of saying we are all people, or all Americans, they break things up into groups like African American, Chines or Asian American, Italian American, Why? Why can it be American or your fellow human. reason is leaders don't make the right stand, instead they stand for separation, and draw power from the weak.

We should embrace each other just for the purpose of being alive, which is a miracle in itself.
