You are growing and you are likely going to start getting your period soon. Start carrying mini-pads/panty liners with you, and talk to your mom.

Do you young lady by any means play rough games such as boxing / karate or wrestling ,you might have hurt your self on the chest and hence the soreness . if not ,You mean to tell me that you have not matured yet and you breasts are hurting .You my girl should not wear tight clothing and apart from that you might be ovulating ,this happens to all girls every month.just check for the missing/ delayed periods ,as you say you are only 13 years of age then you should be even more careful and see a gynecologist ,you know that every month at this time you do puff up a little due to the periods and have stomach cramps .some do.some don't .Generally young girls mature between 11 and 13 some times a little earlier and some times a little longer such as 15 or 16 years of age due to their body 's constitution and family history and the diet they have ,hence there is nothing to worry,Please do take care of your breast as they are very important to all women through out their life as it one of the important body part apart from other things a women has to attract men and feed her children when she becomes a mom.
wishing you all the luck in beeing healthy and beautiful.

I'm 99% certain it's one of the following things:
1 - You are about to get your period
even if you don't menstruate this month, you can have phantom PMS symptoms
2 - Your breasts are growing. Mine hurt quite a bit when they were growing.
Good luck!
