what digital camera takes the SD memory card?

I need a digital camera that takes picture and records video.

I have a Canon Powershot A520. It's 4mp, and uses an SD card. It can record video at a max of 640x480, I don't know the framerate off the top of my head. The videos' it takes aren't all that great, unless you're trying to upload low quality clips onto Youtube.
