hubba bubba gum!
used to get them of the Ice Cream Vans in Scotland, think he might be addicted to hubba bubba and just cant use them on Television ;)

Maybe it helps him concentrate.
Perhaps he's hungry. Poor thing is wasting away these days!
He clearly needs a succulent young woman to make him happy and help him put on a few pounds.

He has a loose jaw - which is why when he rests his mouth it sags
Its kind of like the opposite to arthritis

I know it's really bizarre! My dad said that he had an accident playing rugby? I wasn't REALLY listening at the time so I could have it wrong lol..
No I just found that he had the retina of his eye damaged in a rugby game and is blind in one eye...so no I don't know!
