your stomach or the laptop ?

if it's your stomach, I am guessing it has something to do with the oil your skin produces. the heat the laptop puts out probably causes the oil to bond together and build a thin waxy layer, but that is just a guess.

iono...hmm..well, right now i have a laptop on my thighs and they're warm but they're not sweating...i also have jeans on....so, i don't think it's anything bad. don't worry about it.
It's prolly just your skin reacting to the heat. like when the sun beats down on ur face and you sweat..that's what's happening. don't worry. lol.

I think you must have a magic laptop or a magic tummy. Lol.

Maybe it brings the lipids in your skin to the surface and all of the tiny muscles are relaxed.

...the laptop, or your stomach?!

If it's the laptop - get a refund, fast.
If it's your tum - your skin oiling itself to minimise the effects of burning?
