You could see on their TV show that Jessica was acting real fed up with Nick, I think he just was bothering her in a lot of ways, not acting like she thought he should, not being romantic enough, etc. When people get really important in the entertainment industry they get VERY spoiled and expect a LOT from the persons around them. they expect every little thing to be exactly the way they want it and expect the other person to make them happy every minute, which is imposible. I think Jessica got this way and expected too much of Nick.

The official reason given in the divorce document was "irreconcilable differences." That is a generic legal term used today because no one sues for "Adultery" anymore. Nothing has surfaced yet that would lead anyone to believe that either one was cheating.

I think because Nick was so busy flirting and chasing other women. I remember on one episode he went to a strip bar and his tongue was practically hitting the floor watching some woman climb the pole. I think thats really raw she was a virgin and she hoped this man would be the one and he just dogged her. He knew he was a womanizer but..........and for that girl thats dating him now she better watch out. As u can see he is never satisifed/he just has the dog in him. and Katie holmes better watch out for that TomCat he is controlling and his ex-wife had enough and then he started dating penelope cruz and she was smart to get away early, before he laid up with up her to long.

because jessica simpson is too ful of herself and nick couldnt take her shopping,partying,self absorbness anymore. he wanted a real life and a wife that would be a wife....not a stupid it girl who thinks her **** dont stink
