She putting her kitten in crook of arms while I'm sleeping. I afraid that I'll roll over them.

I bet she sees you as a comforting "safe house" for her kitten while she gets some alone time. Also, humans are bigger and warmer than cats. You're like a hot water bottle. And, humans have a sixth sense thing and don't roll over on small, warm, fragile things(e.g. BABIES, DUH!!!). But that doesn't mean don't be careful. Maybe put out a hot water bottle wrapped with soft blankets and maybe a pillow beside it, for a little nest-ish thing. Anything you can think of thats comfortable for the kitten, put there. You could even put it beside her food and water. Your cat might realize this is a better place. I have two cats(I'm not a cat lady mind you!) and I love them, and they love soft, warm areas. I wish you the best of luck, and a lively, happy kitten!!!

She is trying to keep it warm.
You need to give the mother and kitten a nice box that is big enough for both of them with a fuzzy old blanket and a heating pad in it.

Your cat believes that the safest pace for her kitten is where she also feels safe. In this case it's with you. Congratulations, you have physical proof that your cat likes you.

Take it as a supreme compliment from the cat. She trusts you enough to consider you a warm safe place for her baby.

Because she sees you as her mom, and her child's grandcat. She wants her to be safe and she trusts you. I remember those days... I'd end up with the whole litter while my ole mama cat took a nap. After her first litter, we had her spayed,(she was pregnant when we adopted her) and now she brings me her toys to catsit.

She's probably trying to keep them safe and warm. If you roll over them, I'm sure you'd hear them make noise.

Instinct might tell her that it is a good place for her kittens like a cozy cradle.

Like all moms, your cat tires of her charges and is trying to dump the kids on you. Congradulations kitty-sitter!
