Urinal Fright - please help?

Whenever I go to use a urinal I am unable to go because I always get fright and nothing will come out. I am kind of worried that other people will see my penis. I don't even really use public showers for this reason.

Do you think that I could overcome this by being naked so m penis is out at more beach and gym change rooms, would this help the fear of other people seeing my penis.

Will I be able to overcome the urinal fright by using the urinal more often, and for now wait until I am absolutely busting to go to the toilet so that it has to come out.

Would even being naked around my friends help this so they can see my penis, because none of my friends havn't seen my prnis

I used to have the "pee shy" problem. I got over it with three things:

1) Realize that nobody is trying to see my penis in the bathroom (usually LOL). Realize that nobody cares that I'm taking a whizz. Somehow the realization that nobody cares that you're standing there trying to go, helps you to not be so centered on yourself.

2) Say the alphabet backwards during trying to whizz.

3) Hold it until it's so full that you have to go, and then do it at the urinal.

Combinations of these three broke this problem for me, after what was pretty much my entire life with the problem.

I also found that being seen naked didn't help. I wasn't afraid of being seen naked. There was something else apparently going on, but I never found out what it was. Doesn't matter. It's over.

Being "pee-shy" is a VERY common problem. Most guys with this problem will let it flow if no one else is currently peeing or standing at a urinal when they step up to one, but they cannot let go if someone else is within earshot. I think it is more a problem of hearing than of seeing, actually. The only solution is that, if you need to pee and want to use a urinal, if someone else is there before you, then "stall" -- by that I mean either use a toilet stall or get some paper and blow your nose or wash your hands or check yourself out in the mirror until the coast is clear. Then whip it out and pee to your heart's content.

Your question about someone else seeing your peter is another question altogether, and it has to do with privacy. And I would be the first to suggest that you demands for privacy are what is getting in the way of your ability to pee when others are present in the men's room (or outdoors with the guys when hunting or wherever you feel the need to pee).

dude if you are using the urinal properly with a proper stance your penis shouldnt even be visible. Maybe you are standing to far back from it. Some places have dividers seperating urinals. Try going in those kinds and then advance to the ones with no dividers.

You're normal... don't worry about it. You'll get over your shyness in time. If you want to be naked, that's fine, but don't make a special effort to be naked in front of friends. Don't "hold it in"... (I'm not a doctor, but I believe that can cause other problems, like urinary infections, or other issues.)

When you do stand in front of the urinal, ignore the people around you, relax your body, and let it go!

It's not about other people seeing you naked, it's about u being comfortable with yourself. If you feel "inadequate" or whatever, you have to deal with it. When it's all said and done, you are who you are and you have what you have. Whatever size you are, you are normal, that's the bottom line.
Normal is normal, whether you a tiny worm or a giant anaconda.

try flushing the urinal the sound of the water running may help you go.and stand a little closer if some one is looking at you that close get the hell out as fast as you can
