ok i bought this psp it was to suppose to be a psp with a fw 1.5 but insted i got a psp with a 2.71 se-b??what should i do? and also i wrote to him and he has not wrote back?what should i do?

wait for the seller to reply. If you got something different than what was stated in the auction you are entitled to a refund. If they wont' give you one leave negative feedback and tell eBay.
But wait to see if they respond back first.

2.71 se-b isn't too bad, what did you want to do with it?
You can still play some homebrew games and applications on it.
You may be able to downgrade providing it does not have a TA-082 motherboard.

write to him a few more times just to give him a chance to respond if then he doesnt respond then report him to Ebay..
