On black clothes, all you have to do is rub the fabric together in the whitened area, and it will come off. On white clothes? Have you tried bleaching it? Is the stain there after you wash it? Try pre-soaking the armpit area. Might be time for a new shirt if it doesn't come out after a good wash.

girl- your on a laundry roll huh?

Okay- soak them in "warm (not hot)" water use a grease remover like "DAWN" dish soap. and keep working it until its out.
As fast as possible. Wash in like colors in cold/warm.
Hand dry/line dry- that way, you can rewash if needed.

bad news- if they went through the dryer- trash it [its now cooked Into the fabric]

If the shirt color is are lighter vs, darker- the alcohol in the deodorant and the body heat has bleached out the color of the shirt-trash it.

I wear underarm shields to protect my clothes- Hancock fabrics.
Also a t-shirt under it to cover the pits.

If it is a man- have him cut his hair shorter, hair is a "wick" for moisture and it really is messy then.

Happily married to a sweaty, hairy Italian guy- so I learned this lesson the hard way. I never expected this in marriage-ha ha.

I soak mine in pure lime juice and set them out in the sun for a while then I put some elbow greace when washing it out. You can also try changing your deodorant
