i'm wondering can you still have period like cramps and be pregnant. my cycle is four days late I'm very tired, nauseated, and having light cramps.could i be pregnant and still have light cramps?

Many times the first symptoms of pregnancy are menstrual type cramps. Wait until you are late to get the best reading from a pregnancy test. Good luck.

That was one of my first signs that I was pregnant. I usually have cramps but that means I am getting my period within a few days and I never did. I am 6 weeks along and still get cramps now and then. It all sounds like pregnancy signs but they can often be confused with just bad period symptoms. Take a test!!

Your period could just be late. You won't start feeling signs of pregnancy until you are atleast 2 months along well for some women. But if your only 4 days late and your having cramps most likely your period is going to come soon. Give it time if you need a answer soon then go to the doctor and get a blood test they can determine if you are.

Yes it can be normal. Im 40wks pregnant but had period like cramps for the first 3-4 months of pregnancy. Just keep an eye on it.

Pregnancy and Period symptoms are very similar. You could go ahead and take a test. If you don't get a positive or your period in the next few days, make an appt to see your doctor to get your blood drawn to see if the HCG associated with pregnancy can be detected. Good Luck

Yes definetly. That is how pregancy feels like to many women in the beginning, Like if your about to get your period, but it never comes down. You may feel soreness in your breast like if your about to get your period. That is how I have known I was pregnant. The period like cramps don't really go away until the 2 trimester.

Oh yeah, I thought for sure my period was coming.I tested and I was Pregnant! Cramps hung around for a couple weeks after I tested.It's nothing to worry about unless you are bleeding with sharp pains.

Oh definately!!!!! I did for like a week or so. I'm about six weeks pregnant right now. the first four weeks of this pregnancy just felt like a really icky period. sounds to me like you're pregnant! that's exactly what i went through!!!!

yes you can be pregnant, but you could be late on your period too!! i was having prego symptoms and was 6 days late on my period and then it came!!! normally i clockwork periods!!

yes, you definately can, I got all my usual period symptoms before I took my test.
