If you know this is happening then why haven't you called the law yet?
If you do not do anything than when that little girl is killed you can say you had a part in her murder because you stood by and done nothing at all.
I would not be on yahoo answers asking such a question. What if that 2 year old was yours would you keep on letting her get raped or would you do something about it?
Tell me the address and names of the people you are talking about and i will call the law myself.
Give me the city and state that your in.

Call the police and tell them what's goin' on. Make sure that when you call, you make it from an anonymous caller or they might leak your name out and the gang or whatever come after you. So, make sure that you just give them the info they need, politely say good bye, and hang up.

Call the police immediately and bust his a**! Then he can go to jail for life and meet "Bubba" and see what rape feels like and get to "enjoy" a few beatings of his own (until they kill the child molester).
