It's from Neil (the nerdy guy) and it was when the both of them were in a news helicopter covering a news story (they were interns at the news station) and they thought they were about to die.

Yes, I believe her first kiss was with that dorky kid that likes her.. I forgot his name. Anyway, they think they're about to die so Meg goes ahed and kisses him. It's so funny. :)
I can't remember competely, but I think they were on a plane that was crashing. Something like that.
