I keep wanting to sleep for long periods for no reason and without any other symptoms of fatigue. Im also not depressed and a very healthy human.

does this signify a reduction in oxygen levels in the environment I live in?

In the immediate time such as when there is a carbon monoxide leak in your home, you would feel drowsy and develope a dull headache. You may not be able to think straight and then you may start to slur. Best bet if you think something like this is happening is to call your local fire dept. They can test the air in your home.

Make sure any gas heaters are properly maintained and not putting out carbon-monoxide which can suffocate people. Fit a smoke and carbon monoxide detector and check the battery regularly. Make sure there is enough ventilation so that any heater doesn't use up all the oxygen in a room.

Well-maintained heaters should burn with a steady blue flame, not a flickery yellow, smoky flame.

People have been suffocated in their sleep in vacation hotel rooms and rented houses due to badly maintained room heaters and water heaters in the bathroom.

It derpends on wwhere you live if you live in high places the oxyget level drops

perhaps sounds more like carbon dioxide poisoning
